What is up with this stuff? I don't get it. It should be techo, but it's not. It should be in stoner circles, but it's not. Where does it fall? It's supposedly been around for at least a decade or so, according to Wikipedia. Why did I not hear of it until last month? Where the hell have I been, I guess is what I'm asking. Did chillwave artists just not promote enough or something, or did I just not get out at all until lately? What's their deal? Now I see them all over HipsterRunoff and YouTube. Is Carles just insane, or am I going totally mad? a la Lust For Life. I just don't get it. Where did these guys come from? SanFran?
